He may have not made GQ's Most Stylish Men Alive list, but looks like the pop star is determined to make the cut next year.

While Justin Bieber is often lampooned for his low crutch pant-wearing days, the 21-year-old showed he can keep up with Hollywood's most fashionable as he headed out in the Westwood area of Los Angeles, California, on Wednesday.

Rocking a polished rocker style, the Biebs went about his business running errands around town.

The Baby singer was first spotted headed to car rental business before he then stopped by and E-cigarette spot.

According to the Vapor Spot, the pop star picked himself up what is known as a vape mod and some vape juices to smoke from it.

The star is no doubt trying to avoid traditional cigarettes in a bid to stop his singing voice become less pop and more like an old Blues singer.

The short sleeved flannel look is a new favourite of the star as besides the blue and green one he wore Wednesday, he also has a red one which he wore over the weekend in Las Vegas at the boxing match between Adrien Broner and Shawn Porter.
