It has been a tough week for Tom Brady, so there's no doubt he needed a little boost from his family on Thursday.

Tom was forced to defend himself at an appeal hearing surrounding the NFL scandal that's been dubbed Deflategate on Tuesday, and now seems to be doing his best to take his mind off things.

Doting on his children on a day out in New York, Tom was accompanied by his glamorous wife, retired supermodel Gisele Bundchen.

The NFL star was in New York appealing his four game suspension after January's AFC championship game against the Indianapolis Colts.
