She's had a busy few months, splitting her time between her flourishing fitness empire and launching various fashion lines.

And on Thursday afternoon, Lucy Mecklenburgh proved all her hard work has been paying off as she showed off her amazing figure after a relentless workout session in London.

The former TOWIE star’s legs looked strong and lean in a tight pair of black leggings, while her arms stole the show, slender with muscle tone clearly visible thanks to her sleeveless vest.

The health-conscious brunette, who runs online fitness destination Results With Lucy, added a pair of black and white trainers to the sporty look.

With her brunette tresses coiffed into a chic updo, Lucy drew attention to her pretty facial features with a bold pink lip, blush tinted cheeks and well-defined eyes.

Despite her enviable proportions, the 23-year-old recently admitted to MailOnline that she sometimes suffers from body insecurities and has to work extra hard to keep her cellulite under control.

She explained: ‘My bum used to be quite flat and have cellulite all over it, it’s the bit that changed the most on my body. 

'It’s my stubborn area as well as my favourite - it’s so hard keeping the cellulite off.’

Meanwhile, later on that day, Lucy enjoyed a romantic date night with her handsome boyfriend Louis Smith at John Legend’s London O2 concert.

She took to her social media sites to post a loved-up snap of the couple, captioning it: ‘Watching John Legend at the O2 with @louissmith1989 #O2Arena#JohnLegend wearing the Ebony dress from my @officialplt collection prettylittlething.com.’ 

Earlier this week, the Essex beauty also celebrated the second year anniversary of Results With Lucy.

Taking to her Instagram after a day’s filming, she said: ‘So much fun filming for @resultswithlucy & @jdsportsofficial .. Now we are off to our RWL birthday BBQ!! Will post some piccys later #RWLturns2 #Birthday #RWLove #ResultswithLucy.’
