EXCLUSIVE: Iggy Azalea's 39-year-old rapper ex claims the singer gave him an STD - and he is demanding big bucks for 'mental anguish' and medical bills in court

  • Iggy Azalea met 39-year-old Maurice Williams, aka Hefe Wine, when she was a vulnerable 17-year-old 'fresh off the bus' from Australia
  • Williams claims that Azalea gave him an STD (sexually transmitted disease)
  • In court papers obtained by Daily Mail Online, he says he can prove it by a 'preponderance of evidence'
  • 'Fancy' star filed suit against Williams in September, accusing him of stealing unreleased songs from her computer
  • Last October Williams filed for 'divorce' from Iggy, claiming they had a 'common law marriage'
  • She retaliated, calling him a 'thief, felon and fugitive'

Iggy Azalea's ex-boyfriend, who claimed they were married by 'common law,' is demanding the singer pay him damages for the STD he says she gave him, Daily Mail Online has learned exclusively.

And Williams wants big bucks for the mental anguish along with medical bills he racked up to treat the sexually transmitted disease.

An amended petition to their divorce filing obtained by Daily Mail Online contains the shocking allegations as well as Williams demand that he be granted a temporary restraining order to prevent Azalea from making obscene calls and threatening him.

The 24-year-old Australian singer became engaged earlier this month  Los Angeles Lakers player Nick Young, who proposed at his 30th birthday party with a dazzling 10.43 carat sparkler valued at $500,000.

Iggy and her ex-boyfriend/music producer Maurice Williams (aka Hefe Wine) have been battling in court for over a year. The singer sued her ex claiming he was attempting to illegally release music she recorded years ago without her permission. She said he even stole the songs from her. She called him 'a thief, a felon and a fugitive.'

Williams accused Iggy of signing away the rights when he had her sign a management agreement during their relationship. The case over the unreleased tracks is still pending in federal court

Following the lawsuit initially filed by Iggy, Williams filed for divorce in Texas court claiming they had a common law marriage. In court papers he said they 'agreed to be married, holding themselves out as man and wife and began residing together in the State of Texas on or about September, 2008.'

Texas law states if any man and woman live together for a lengthy amount of time they are considered married.

William demanded that the court order Iggy not sell off any assets she accumulated during their relationship and he wanted the judge to divide their property.

The divorce filing was sealed shortly after it was filed in Texas Court. However, the amended divorce petition was attached as an exhibit in the lawsuit over Iggy's music - and it contains shocking allegations about the pop star

According to Williams' amended petition, he claims that the two ceased living together back in 2013. He asks the court for a temporary restraining order against Iggy.

He says that he wants a temporary restraining order to prohibit her from communicating to him with profane, obscene or indecent language and ordered to not threaten him

Williams also pleads that she not be able to cause him bodily injury, calling him on blocked numbers, falsifying any sort of documents, destroying or removing any assets she gained during their time together and not being able to withdraw money from bank accounts until this divorce is settled.

The court papers state: that Iggy be enjoined from 'communicating with Petitioner in person, by telephone, or in writing in vulgar, profane, obscene, or indecent language or in a coarse or offensive manner.'

They further ask the court to prevent Azalea from 'threatening Petitioner in person, by telephone, or in writing to take unlawful action against any person,' 'placing one or more telephone calls, anonymously, at any unreasonable hour, in an offensive and repetitious manner and causing bodily injury to Petitioner.'

Most shockingly, Williams claims that Iggy breached her duty to not transmit any sexual diseases to her 'spouse' in 2008.

He says that the singers actions caused her to contract an STD which she failed to inform him she had. He says that her grossly negligent behavior included her knowing she had the STD and then purposeful and intentional engaging in sexual relations with him

He is seeking damages for physical pain and suffering, mental anguish and reasonable and necessary medical treatment costs for what he had to pay to treat his STD

Williams also is demanding Iggy pay his attorney fees in the divorce. The divorce is still pending in Texas Court.

Sources say he's asking for big bucks, although he says he believes they can reach an agreement about the assets they gained during their marriage.

Williams has claimed he made a sex tape with Iggy that he tried to peddle to the highest bidder.
