They have been relaxing in the glorious sunshine on a tiny island near Ibiza before welcoming their second child.

And footballer Cesc Fabregas, 28, and his heavily-pregnant girlfriend Daniella Semaan, 40, put on an affectionate display as they paddled in the sea in Formentera on Friday.

The Chelsea star was seen gently stroking Daniella's growing baby bump before they shared a kiss and walked hand-in-hand along the beach.

They then enjoyed a candid family moment on board a yacht as they played and joked with their two-year-old daughter Lia.

Wearing a black and white snakeskin-print kimono, Daniella proudly displayed her growing belly.

A stunning red bikini could be seen through the thin fabric and the 40-year-old completed her look with a white baseball cap and aviator-style sunglasses.

The Lebanese beauty showed off her tanned and toned legs and sported a comfortable but flattering pair of flip-flop wedges.

Cesc wore skimpy shorts and a white vest as he splashed around in the shallows with his long-term partner.

The midfielder wore his turquoise cap backwards as he enjoyed some well-earned rest after a busy but successful season.

Daniella will give birth to their second child later this year and they are making the most of their time away before the new baby's arrival.

The heavily pregnant mother-of-one was seen being helped into a RIB with a group of friends.

They were then taken to a yacht where the couple was seen playing with their daughter.

In recent days, the sweet twosome have been living it up on the White Isle, soaking up the sun and also enjoying the spoils on a luxury yacht.

Footballer Cesc showed off his daredevil side as he sped out on the crystal blue waters on Tuesday on a jetski, while his lovely lady stuck to dry land.

The idyllic break came before the sports star's pre-season training is set to kick off again.

The couple are parents to two-year-old daughter Lia, who has joined them on the European getaway.

The loved-up couple met in a Japanese restaurant while Daniella was still married to her property tycoon ex-husband, Elie Taktouk, with whom she was later embroiled in a bitter divorce battle centering around their £7 million London home.

She gave birth to Lia, her first child with Fabregas, in April 2013.

Daniella also has two other children, aged 11 and nine, from her former marriage.

The former Barcelona and Arsenal star recently enjoyed a brilliant first season back in the Barclays Premier League after his £30million move last summer, scoring three goals and notching 18 assists in 34 appearances.

In a month's time Chelsea will play the first game of their pre-season tour against New York Red Bulls in America, and Fabregas is expected to be part of the squad.
