She's a world famous model and Kendall Jenner can make even a simple stroll down the street look like a catwalk sashay.

The 19-year-old reality TV star was spotted at L'Avenue restaurant in Paris on Friday where she rocked a plunging black and white striped top which left little to the imagination.

Kendall paired her top with a skinny jeans and black heels and carried a designer handbag as she headed straight to rehearsals for her catwalk appearance at Givenchy's Men's Fashion Week show.

Kendall was seen strutting up and down a runway, her make-up done and her hair prepped with a headscarf pinned to keep the sleek look in place.

She was still dressed down in her off-duty ensemble of tight fitting jeans and runway-ready pointed heels.

The 19-year-old model is likely to slip into one of the show ensembles just minutes before her appearances and make more than one appearance on the catwalk.

The E! star recently spoke with People magazine about her hectic lifestyle, explaining that her exercise regime has fallen by the wayside owing to her non-stop work schedule.

'I haven't worked out in a month,' she insisted. 'I've been too busy. I live on a plane.'

Not only is Kendall the spokesperson for Estee Lauder and Calvin Klein, but she also stars on several E! reality shows, including Keeping Up With The Kardashians and all the spinoffs (including last year's Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons).

She added, 'If I worked too much, I would not be a happy person.'

Kendall also admitted that she 'can't' do her own makeup that well, so she often goes make-up free on her days off. The only exception is mascara.

Kendall jetted in to Paris from LA on Thursday but showed no signs of jetlag.

She showed off her slim pins in a pair of black leggings as she made her way to her departing flight.

The brunette beauty appeared sporty chic, pairing her tight trousers with a fitted ribbed black top, that bared a bit of her taut tummy, as well as a pair of eclectic printed grey trainers designed by her brother-in-law Kanye West.
