Reese Witherspoon shows off signature casual chic style in black floral patterned top with white skirt on outing in LA

And Reese Witherspoon's latest look was no exception as she was spotted in a casual chic ensemble while out and about in Los Angeles on Friday.

The 39-year-old actress showed her style in a monochrome look as she sported a black top and white skirt combination while chatting it up on her mobile.

The short-sleeved black shirt featured a white floral pattern all over it as she completed the look with a pair of white leather Christian Louboutin heels.

Reese accessorised the look with a bag featuring a basket-weave design on it along with a pair of black wayfarer sunglasses.

The Hot Pursuit actress wore her straight blonde locks down flowing over her shoulders as she finished off her natural, complimentary make-up with a swipe of bright red lip.

Just the previous day, Reese showed off another one of her fashionable looks as she was spotted running errands in the Brentwood neighbourhood of Los Angeles.

She once again rocked flower-decorated clothes as she wore a patterned coral-coloured pencil skirt.

Her blonde hair pulled into a bouncy, blonde ponytail, Reese adorned her ears with large pearl stud earrings and covered her eyes with black shades.

Pink-hued lipstick was just the right shade to match Reese's knee-length garment. Additional decoration in the form of white and blue flowers decorated the bottom half of that skirt

A pale blue blouse with a white collar provided contrast and added an air of casualness with its unbuttoned collar and rolled sleeves.

Black sandals with wedge heels and a black purse hanging on a gold chain accessorized the outfit, along with several pieces of gold jewellery.

Though she looked stylish as always, it was her beautiful smile which may have drawn the most attention.

That chipper attitude was especially impressive for a woman who has made two international trips in recent weeks.

The day out came shortly after the actress returned from a publicity tour in Mexico for her movie, Hot Pursuit.

Reese and co-star Sofia Vergara were both there for the Mexican premiere of their comedy - the new international releases may help the film's otherwise mediocre box-office performance.

Hot Pursuit grossed only a little more than its $35 million budget domestically, despite its big-name stars.

Before she went to Mexico, Reese travelled to Rome for a family holiday, where she was spotted taking in the sights with her mother and her 15-year-old daughter, Ava.
