The ultra-private three building mountain-side compound sits on a 12.3 acre estate around 10 miles outside the nearest town.

It consists of a main house, a separate guest house and a historic log cabin, which account for a total of seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms across the property.

The estate on Hurricane Road is actually made up of two lots which Banderas and Griffith purchased separately and subsequently combined.

According to Variety, they purchased the five bed, 5.5 bath main house on 2.2 acres in 2002, spending $3.5million. Six months later they bought the adjoining 10,3 acre lot with the two remaining buildings for a further $1.5million.

Should they get their asking price they'll reap almost $5million in profit - on top of the $11.7million they flipped their LA home for ten days ago.

The rustic-yet-opulent main house boasts high vaulted wooden ceilings and gables, wood panelled walls and a free-standing stone fireplace.
