She's reviving her music career by dedicating most of her packed schedule at the recording studio.

But on Friday, Fergie could never be busy enough for some mother-son bonding time with her adorable one-year-old son Axl.

The 40-year-old singer was spotted sporting her toned legs in a pair of cut-off shorts while spending the day with her child in Los Angeles' Brentwood area.

Fergie expressed her unique grunge inspired style by wearing a Harley Davidson print T-shirt with distressed black shorts and a lightweight plaid long sleeve wrapped around her waist.

The mother-of-one showed off her petite frame in casual flair and accentuated her body with a pair of black fringed suede booties.

Meanwhile, little Axl coordinated with his famous mother dressed in a black T-shirt and matching coloured bandana around his neck.

Can we just say, Fergie is one cool mom! She strolled in Brentwood with her hubby, Josh Duhamel, and adorable son who looks like a cherub, Axl.

The milf (stands for: Mom I'd Like to F...Fashion with??) wore a fedora, along with a gray studded tank, black denim shorts, a plaid shirt wrapped around the waist, combat boots and a Chanel bag.

But it seems Fergie is preparing for yet another comeback as she shared a photo from the recording studio with singer/songwriter Charlie Puth on Wednesday.

'Making a jam with Fergie today. It's very sexy,' the See You Again hitmaker wrote on Twitter.
