She's been enjoying a blissful holiday with billionaire boyfriend James Packer for the past week.

But on Saturday Mariah Carey was without her new love interest as she arrived in Tel Aviv, Israel.

The 45-year-old singer, who looked gorgeous in a low-cut print dress, had to make do with some love from her devoted fans as she touched down at Ben Gurion airport, amid reports Packer, 47, is planning a 'pre-engagement spiritual meeting' for the couple in the city.

Mariah flaunted her curves, and holiday tan, in her bold print dress as she made her way out of the airport.

The mum of two showed off her figure in the bodycon number which featured a daringly low neckline and a colourful blue and lime green print.

With her hair left loose and wavy, the hitmaker looked relaxed and happy as she greeted the huge crowd of fans.

The singer stopped to sign autographs and take photos, before making her way through the swarming crowd with a teddy bear in hand, a gift from one of her devoted fans.

There was no sign of the singer's new man as she arrived in the city, where James has a home.

The Australian billionaire divides his time between Israel, the United States, Australia and Asia, and is a personal friend of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, dining with him several times.

While Mariah will no doubt be keen to see James' home in the city, sources connected to the pair have claimed the visit to Israel also signals just how serious the new couple are about their future.

Insiders have alleged to TMZ, that Mariah and James will meet a 'spiritual leader' during their time in Israel, who James knows well.

The 'pre-engagement spiritual meeting' is a sign that the pair are planning to marry soon, according to to the website, with James allegedly keen to seek the advice of his friend before proposing.

But while James is reportedly keen on asking Mariah -who has four-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan with estranged husband Nick Cannon - to marry him, some sources disagree. One insider denied the pair were considering an engagement just yet.

'They are not talking marriage,' the source said. 'That's ridiculous. She's enjoying his company, but she's also trying to remain cautious.'

The pair have been enjoying plenty of time together in recent weeks, with Mariah flying to Capri and then Sardinia with her children to holiday with James.

A source has told E! News that Mariah is 'having a lot of fun being courted...It’s very different than when Nick Cannon was wooing her,' the source said. 'To her, Nick [Cannon] was a boy. James is a man.This trip is a chance for her to really get to know him. She hasn't 100 percent let him in yet.'

The Dream Lover hitmaker has been friends for years with the entertainment mogul, after they met through American filmmaker Brett Ratner, who was once himself rumoured to be romantically involved with the beauty.

The high-profile pair were first linked in December 2013 when reports first surfaced following the shock breakdown of Packer's six-year marriage to his wife Erica in September.
