Extended Care

Parents with children in the early childhood classes may choose to have their children stay at school until either 1:00p.m., 3:15p.m. or as late as 5:30p.m. Activities include indoor and outdoor play, snack-time and rest-time.

Extended Care may be offered to grade school students if a sufficient number of families request it. Decisions in this regard are made each year after need is assessed. Prairie Moon Waldorf School may be able to recommend other options for parents needing this type of care.
