Time to pullover! Tara Reid looks terrific in a tan sweater as she fills her car with fuel in Los Angeles

She admitted she found it tough to hold herself together while filming in in the faraway climes of the Australian outback.

But actress Tara Reid looked far more at home as she filled her car with fuel at a gasoline station in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The American Pie favourite made it look easy as she pumped her vehicle full of petroleum.

And the slender actress certainly drew the eye as she serviced her vehicle in a tan-coloured pullover and blue ripped jeans. She completed the look with a leather Gucci belt and matching sandals.

It will have certainly have been a less traumatic experience for the ageless 39-year-old than shooting her most recent movie. 

She admitted she was struggling to keep her composure while filming Charlie's Farm, a horror movie which focuses on a group of friends who decide to visit an abandoned farm where a mass murder supposedly happened years before.

Tara said: 'We shot it in the Outback which I'd never been to before and it was kind of in the middle of nowhere, and it was really fun and creepy.

"Even with the crew and a hundred people around, it's still really scary because there's nothing around you but wild animals and kangaroos

'It was really scary. It really really gets to you.'

It looks like the saucy starlet may be back in more familiar territory for one of her possible forthcoming projects.

For the acting prodigy recently admitted she may make a return for yet another installment in the American Pie franchise, this time an hilarious jape which would see the gang let loose in Las Vegas.
