Lewis was joined by a group of mates and he partied all night long at a VIP table in the club, reportedly sipping on Dom Pérignon champagne and Ciroc vodka, treating his entourage to a round of shots.

Single Lewis - who has recently been linked to supermodel Kendall Jenner, 19 - was said to be 'overwhelmed with female attention' and relished it as he toasted another successful race on home soil.

Understandably, the star has been inundated with messages of congratulations since racing to victory on home soil on Sunday.

The driver was overwhelmed by the support on race day so much so he was on the verge of crying.

'I don’t tear up very often, but on the last couple of laps I was getting watery eyes. I wasn’t crying… It was just emotions because I could see so many people cheering,' he said in a post-race interview.

Lewis has also gone to the effort of thanking the fans in attendance on Sunday, branding their support 'unreal'.

'GUYS! What an amazing RACE! Thank you all for the incredible support, you all are amazing. IT'S GOOD TO BE HOME!,' he captioned a winning shot on his Twitter page.

He added: 'I can't thank you guys enough. The support this weekend was just unreal. Thank you! #TeamLH,' alongside a photo of the cheering crowds.
