After a day recharging in the Hamptons, Kelly Ripa touched down on a VIP heliport in New York on Sunday.

The 44-year-old showed off the results of her fitness regimen in a pair of tiny olive green shorts when she hopped off the helicopter with her sons Michael, 18, and Joaquin, 12.

While her two sons ducked out of the way, Kelly appeared to do much of the heavy lifting as she clutched a forest green tote bag.

The morning show host put her toned arms on display in a tiny white tank top that matched her glittering trainers.

After helping her eldest son out of the heliport, the actress crossed over the landing pad beside her smiling son Joaquin.

Joaquin happily swung his arm forward while his brother ducked his head, sporting a black T-shirt that read Navy St.

The trio did not appear to be joined by father Mark Consuelos, or sister Lola, 14.

Kelly has been in the seat of Live! for 14 years, and married to Mark since 1996.

The on-the-go star's acting career kicked off after she landed a starring role on All My Children, and served as the place where she would meet her future husband.

The actor discussed with HuffPost Live his initial impressions of his wife when he screen tested for a role on All My Children beside her.

'I thought she was adorable, hot and sexy and all that stuff...But I was very focused - I didn't really think I had a chance with her, so I wasn't really focused on that,' Mark told the website.

In the years that have followed, both actors have carved out successful careers in entertainment.

While Kelly enjoys success on her long-running Live! With Kelly And Michael gig, Mark will be back on the big screen with a role in Nine Lives.

The comedy follows a man who finds himself stuck inside the body of a cat, and is scheduled for a 2016 release.
