She's enjoying a summer of fun, flitting across her adopted home continent of Europe.

And Lindsay Lohan was living it up in Monte Carlo, Monaco on Monday following her stay on the Italian island of Capri last week.

The 29-year-old actress, who celebrated her birthday on July 2, was joined by her friend Matteo Baldo as she wandered around the glamorous coastal area.

Lindsay injected a pop of colour into the otherwise sombre style, as she strutted through the airport in a pair of pointed navy stilettos.

The flame-haired star - who has been staying in London since the summer of 2014, when she first landed a role in West End production, Speed The Plow - is certainly making the most of her time in Europe.

The formerly troubled star has been racking up the air miles as she flies between some of the continent's most lavish destinations.

In late June, Lindsay flew out to Capri to celebrate the 40th birthday of her designer pal Francesco Scognamiglio, though she also enjoyed some time in Monaco.  

But it looks like the fun times don't end when the Freaky Friday actress returns back to the UK.

'Moving here was a new start for me and my outlook on life is different now.'
