She's regularly seen out and about in her gym gear or, on the other end of the spectrum, in a glamorous ball gown waltzing down the red carpet with a face full of makeup. 

But Monday was a little different for Naomi Watts, as she tottered along the streets of Paris in France in a very sophisticated chic ensemble.

The 46-year-old actress appeared to be on cloud nine as she squeezed her trim pins into a pair of skinny jeans and an over-sized light navy blouse for her day trip around the city of love.

Throwing a white blazer over her shoulders, the Birdman star kept the summer chill at bay as she allowed her pedicured feet to breathe in a pair of open-toe sandals with a slight heels.

She covered her well-known piercing blue eyes with a pair of large shades as she slipped her tan handbag into the crook of her arm while the sun pelted down onto her bleach blonde hair.

Naomi clutched a cute sunhat in her right hand and held her mobile phone in the other as she grinned at fans as she passed by.

Naomi arrived in France last week but it's not known if she's been joined by her sons Samuel, six, and Alexander, eight, and her husband Liev Schreiber.

Prior to jetting to Paris, the stunner touched down in London at the end of June with her children as they attempted to keep a low profile when they emerged from Heathrow airport.

Born in Britain before moving with her family to Australia at the age of 14, Naomi previously revealed she feels just as British as she does Australian and is still in possession of a UK passport.

'I've still got only one passport and that's British and my mum still lives between there and Australia. I feel very much a part of both countries,' she told The Independent in March.

Nowadays, the actress and her beau, who got married in 2005, resides in Los Angeles.

And the next three years are set to be a busy one for the Australian-raised beauty as she is lined up to reprise her role as Evelyn in the Divergent series' third and fourth films in 2016 and 2017.

But not only is Naomi's schedule jam-packed with dominating projects, she also has to try and find a way to successfully juggle her globe-trotting career with motherhood.

The England-born babe has recently admitted she's been forced to turn down a number of movie roles of late because they don't fit in with her husband Liev's career.
