While she may be used to taking the catwalk all alone, fashion model Lara Stone was sharing the limelight on Tuesday morning.

Entering the French capital's exquisite Grand Palais venue - the setting for the AW16 Chanel Haute Couture show - Lara was accompanied by a very handsome suitor.

The 31-year-old was elegant in a black pocket-fronted gown as she linked arms with the male model in front of a star-studded crowd.

Sharing the limelight: Lara Stone wasn't flying solo on the Paris Haute Couture catwalk on Tuesday morning as she was accompanied by a hunky male counterpart to arrive

Lara, who is newly-single from her separation with husband David Walliams, looked gothic-glamorous with dark eye make-up.

She sauntered through the venue to a roulette table, matching her catwalk counterpart in height with her statuesque 5ft10in figure.

Mum-of-one Lara accessorised with dazzling bow jewellery in a brooch and necklace, leaving her hair unfinished in light waves to offset the polished image.

When inside the show, which saw catwalk models weave in and out of gambling tables, Lara seated herself beside actresses Julianne Moore and Kristen Stewart.

Like stars Rita Ora, Gabriel Day Lewis and Lily Collins, the trio formed a background to the Chanel show, offering front row fans a glimpse at the brand's new season jewellery offering in motion.

Kendall Jenner graced the catwalk as this season's chosen show bride, while Vanessa Paradis and daughter Lily Rose Depp stole the show with a joint featurette in the casino scene.

Lara flew into Paris with the rest of the fashion crowd earlier this weekend, looking set to make many appearances before the week was up.

The previous evening Lara hit the Vogue Paris Foundation Gala at Palais Galliera and even found to time to walk for the Atelier Versace show on Monday.

Her focus firmly placed back on her modelling career, Lara even graces the August issue of British Vogue in a stunning fashion spread shot by iconic photographer Mario Testino this month.
