Girls Just Want To Have Fun! Low-key Nicole Kidman and her lookalike daughters Sunday and Faith catch a movie as they make the most of their time in Australia

She has countless film credits to her name, not many of which are suitable for the eyes of her six and four-year-old daughters.

So during a girls' day out in Sydney late last month, Nicole Kidman took her mini-me's Sunday, 6, and Faith, 4, to a movie that is more up their alley.

After landing Down Under, Nicole and her mother Janelle treated the Oscar winner's lookalike little ones to new animation flick, Minions, at the Orpheum Theatre in Neutral Bay.

The 48-year-old was a natural beauty with little to no makeup on her complexion and her strawberry blonde hair pulled back into a low bun.

Her famous curls had been left in their natural state, just like her girls, which made her very hard to miss in the bayside suburb in the city's north. 

Nicole kept her daytime look chic and casual, while her little ones were playful and vibrant in beautifully mismatched ensembles of polka dots and stripes, and bright pinks, yellows and monochrome.

Their mother displayed her statuesque frame to a tee in cropped, black cigarette trousers, a matching turtleneck and a charcoal coat.

Only adding to her height, she slipped her feet into a pair of heeled booties that finished just a little short of her trouser hem, revealing a hint of ankle.

To accessorise, she chose a tote bag in a bright purple hue, giving the head-to-toe monochrome look a splash of colour, plus a pair of Havana brown cat's eye shades.

In the days that followed their trip to the local cinemas, Nicole's husband of nine years, Keith Urban, flew into Australia from the family's US base.

The country superstar and his wife have treated their girls to a night at the Sydney Opera House, while Nicole was also spotted in Australia's Red Centre, where she was the subject of a photo shoot for Vogue Australia.

The family have frequented Janelle's house while back in Oz, 10 months after the family patriarch, Dr Antony Kidman passed away during a trip to Singapore.
