She just revealed to fans that she has finally been able to correct her alignment after undergoing a delicate hip surgery in 2013.

And Lady Gaga was a picture of happiness on Monday as she was pictured in Montreux, Switzerland with her fiancé Taylor Kinney.

The singer was fresh-faced as she rocked a blue crop top and matching patterned shorts to make her way into a waiting car ahead of her performance with Tony Bennet.

She completed her look with black heels and packed her hair up into a messy up-do as she hugged a male companion whilst holding onto some books.

The American star - real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta - was seen smiling at her actor beau as he followed her into the car wearing a white top, jeans and a black hat.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the 29-year-old was celebrating 'feeling like myself again', as she documented her recovery on her Instagram page as she offered a glimpse of sideboob in a plunging swimsuit.

The Poker Face hit-maker slipped her curvaceous figure into a floral one-piece as she executed some yoga moves in the comfort of her own home.

Gaga perfected the downward dog with the help of a balancing device - standing with her feet flat and bending over to stretch her back. she stuck her rounded behind in the air.

'A day of alignment and relaxation,' she captioned the accompanying photo on her Instagram page.

It's not often we find ourselves doing daily Pilates exercises in a risque cut out swimsuit, but then we're not Lady Gaga and the musician is never one to stick to the rules. She recently posted some pics on her Instagram page doing alignment exercises, but it was her skimpy colorful swimsuit we had our eye on.

Turns out this isn't the first time Gaga has worn this number and was actually first spotted in the one-piece back in 2012 (rewearing old favorites - she's a girl after our own heart!). The low plunge neckline and high leg shape is not for the faint hearted but we adore that bright tropical floral print. Gaga's swimsuit is actually from a limited edition collaboration between the comedian Sabrina Sato and Briazlian swimwear brand Blue Man. Another exercise saw her get help from a trainer as she demonstrated the plank.

Lying on her front and reaching her arms out in front of her, Gaga displayed her generous collection of body tattoos as well as a hint of side-boob.

'Tattoos are a girls best friend,' the photo caption simply read.

The final pose saw the eccentric popstar lie on her back with her knees bent and her feet resting on a balancing bar.

Gaga pulled a contemplative expression as she reflected on the two years since the operation, which left her temporarily confined to a wheelchair.

'It took over two years after my surgery to be able to correct my alignment and continue working. I am so grateful that it's returning and so thankful to my manager and everyone around me for helping me to feel like myself again,' she wrote in the picture caption.

Gaga has since returned to the stage and was pictured arriving at Nice airport ahead of her performance at Monte Carlo Jazz Festival on Saturday.

In the months following the surgery, Gaga revealed the injury had left her with coin-shaped holes in her legs.

‘When we got all the MRI’s finished before I went to surgery there were giant craters, a hole in my hip the size of a quarter, and the cartilage was just hanging out the other side of my hip,’ she told Women’s Wear Daily in July 2013
