It's been a tough few months for Bobby Brown, ever since his daughter Bobbi Kristina was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub on January 31.

The 22 year old was recently moved to a hospice in Georgia, for what it is claimed will be her 'final days' and the tragedy is clearly taking its toll on her dad.

Bobby, 46, took a break from caring for his daughter on Monday, to enjoy a lunch in Beverly Hills with his pregnant wife Alicia Etheredge-Brown but it's doubtful the outing took his mind off his troubles.

Indeed the My Prerogative singer looked solemn when he was seen outside Mr Chow restaurant after it was revealed a relative had snapped a picture of his daughter on her deathbed and tried to sell it for $100,000.

'I'm just looking to get justice,' he told a TMZ reporter outside Los Angeles International Airport on Sunday when asked if he would pursue the relative and 'possibly sue them'.

The news was first revealed on Friday night by Bobbi Kristina's paternal aunt Leola Brown, who took to Facebook to express her disgust.

'I'll tell you what! You took that picture thinking you gon get some money for it...and thats gon be it!' she wrote. 'Guess what!????!!!! I will myself if no one else does-see to it that -YOU be revealed!!!!'

She added that she is going to make anyone who has visited Bobbi Kristina - including relatives on both sides of her family and other loved ones - take a lie detector test to track down the culprit.

The image reportedly shows Bobbi Kristina pictured lying in a bed at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth - where she is expected to live out her final days - while a female relative hovers over her.

Several media outlets have shown interested in the photograph,TMZ reported.

Entertainment Tonight revealed on Friday that it had been offered the image for a price in excess of $100,000. However, the news show declined the offer, deeming the photo 'unseemly'.

Brown's comments came just a day after he performed at the Affordable Old School Concert series in Atlanta on Saturday.

The 46-year-old singer repeatedly apologised to the audience as he stumbled through the set and forgot lyrics and dance moves, TMZ reported.

In a video taken at the gig, the singer can be heard telling the crowd: 'I'm in a different zone.'

And in an interview with Fox News last week, a source close to the family said relatives have been 'beefing up' security and law enforcement over fears Bobbi Kristina's death is 'imminent'.

'She barely has any signs of life, hardly any vitals, the source told the news station. 'Even law enforcement have been called because the families have been told that death is now imminent.

'They want to make sure photographers don't get pictures of her body being removed.'
