Baby joy for Julia Carling

EXCLUSIVE is delighted to announce that our very own beauty expert Julia Carling has given birth to a healthy baby girl.

Honor Elizabeth was born in the early hours of Friday morning at a London hospital, weighing in at an impressive 8lbs.

This will be the first child for Julia, 35, who met her long-term partner, Rob Stringer, as a student.

The two rekindled their romance six years ago, after the breakdown of her 19-month marriage to former England rugby captain Will Carling and have been together ever since.

Rob, 37, was there throughout the birth, and he even ensured that a tape of Andy Williams singing 'You're just too good to be true' was playing as baby Honor came into the world!

Speaking to, an exhausted but ecstatically happy Julia said: 'She's beautiful, I'm in awe of her'.

Julia and Rob have now taken Honor back to their north London home.
