She's the poster girl for feminism in the UK and British author Caitlin Moran ensured she made an entrance to remember when she was introduced to a New York audience on Tuesday.
The 40-year-old author and journalist - often compared to Lena Dunham - was promoting her latest tome, How To Build A Girl, at Strand Bookstore in the city.
And Caitlin gave a typically lively talk by speaking about everything from Little House On The Prairie to penises, to the delight of her audience.

Well that certainly got their attention: Caitlin Moran was promoting her latest tome, How To Build A Girl, at Strand Bookstore in New York on Tuesday when she lifted up her top and grabbed her belly
At one stage the scribe lifted up her shirt to reveal her bra had a pair of eyeballs drawn on it.
Moran also grabbed her tummy during the high-spirited chat with editor, producer, and TV/radio host Judith Regan

Of course fans already knew they were in for a treat when Caitlin tweeted on Monday to give a wide description of her talk.
She quipped: 'NEW YORK - I come tomorrow to SPEAK TO YOU about girls, unrequited love, sex with a large penis, class, & feminism.'
How to Build A Girl is Moran's fiction debut, after the success of her memoir How To Be A Woman.

It tells the story of teenager Johanna Morrigan who reinvents herself as Dolly Wilde, 'a fast-talking, hard-drinking Gothic hero and full-time Lady Sex Adventurer'.
Caitlin has struck a chord with her passion for feminism, urging others to take up the cause but doing so with more than a hint of humour.
Lively: Caitlin gave a typically lively talk by speaking about everything from Little House On The Prairie to penises, to the delight of her audience
She wrote in How To Be A Woman: 'We need to reclaim the word 'feminism'. We need the word 'feminism' back real bad. When statistics come in saying that only 29 per cent of American women would describe themselves as feminist - and only 42 per cent of British women - I used to think, What do you think feminism IS, ladies? What part of liberation for women is not for you?
'Is it freedom to vote? The right not to be owned by the man you marry? The campaign for equal pay? 'Vogue' by Madonna? Jeans? Did all that good s**t GET ON YOUR NERVES? Or were you just DRUNK AT THE TIME OF THE SURVEY?'
Trying something new: How to Build A Girl is Moran's fiction debut, after the success of her memoir How To Be A Woman
While Moran has a number of famous fans, she admitted that her 11 and 13 year old daughters with music critic husband Pete Paphides don't always approve of her.
She told the Daily Beast: 'Generally, they just think I'm this big hairy idiot. They just want me to put some clothes on when I walk around the house and to stop swearing.'
