Kourtney Kardashian has split from partner of nine years - and father of her three children - Scott Disick.

And it seems her family is already stepping up to help her through this difficult time, as revealed by an Instagram snap the 36-year-old shared on Tuesday.

'Sister workout sesh this morning in the rain,' Kourtney wrote, alongside a picture of her exercising with sisters Kim, 34, and Khloe, 31.

The three sisters sport coordinating ensembles as they're pictured in almost identical poses during the morning workout.

Kim and Khloe likely joined their sister for the workout in a show of support, and to take her mind off of her recent split.

The pair have been doing all that they can to make this hard time for Kourtney a bit easier, with Kim recently taking son Mason off of her hands for the Fourth of July weekend to give her some space.

While Kourtney dealt with her heartbreak in Malibu with daughter Penelope, 2, and baby Reign, six months, Kim and husband Kanye West treated little Mason to a weekend of fun in New York.

Mason, who at five is old enough to realize something is wrong, got a chance to enjoy the holiday weekend with his cousin North, 2.

Khloe also took to Twitter to share a message of support for her older sister, writing: 'Everyone has their own journey to the pursuit of happiness.'

The day before Kourtney was spotted as she emerged for the first time since dumping her partner, Scott.

The reality star, who was left 'humiliated' by her partner's antics with another woman last week, looked somber and downcast as she left her mother Kris Jenner's Calabasas compound on Monday afternoon.

She was seen driving a black Mercedes Benz alone on the outing, and appeared drained and pensive.

Scott split four days after the DailyMail.com exclusively revealed the father-of-three was getting very cosy with fashion stylist Chloe Bartoli in Monte Carlo.

The photographs of him caressing Bartoli were the last straw for Kourtney, according to sources.

It seems the whole family were shocked by Disick's public display in France with the brunette.

Kourtney's step-brother Brody Jenner told NBC's Today: 'Obviously Scott’s gone through some issues in the past... Honestly, when I saw those pictures I just went "Uh oh." I even showed my girlfriend and just went like, "This isn’t good".'

And now another photograph thought to have been taken in mid-June has surfaced, showing Scott in a hotel room sitting close to a mystery brunette while surrounded by booze and prescription drugs.

The mother-of-three now faces raising their children alone; son Mason, 5, daughter Penelope, two, and baby boy Reign, who is six months old.

Penelope turns three on Wednesday and it is unclear if Scott will be part of the celebrations.

Lord Disick, as he refers to himself, has not been home in a month and he is no longer welcome back.

'She was over dealing with his constant lies and addictions,' a source tells People.

'It was becoming a poor environment for the kids to be raised in and she refused to let that be the case.'

'Kourtney is willing to sacrifice her relationship with Scott in order to keep [her kids] safe,' the insider added.

'Her children are her first priority. She needs to protect herself and her family, so she knows this is the right decision.'

Another source told E!: 'Kourtney has always taken Scott back and been by his side, but now with three kids it has gotten old. Kourtney has to do what's best for the kids.'

'Scott has been running around saying he's single,' added the insider.

'Kourtney dumped him after she saw the pics [in Monte Carlo] and he hasn't been home after a month-long party binge.'

Scott and Bartoli have now been photographed together over a number of days and were spotted stroking each other while Chloe was seen feeding the reality star on a number of occasions.

The stylist appeared to be quite smitten with the reality star and was even seen lounging on the same pool chair as him.

Kourtney has yet to publicly comment on the pictures or news of the split.

It has already been a trying time for the couple, as Scott has continued to fight his alcohol demons.

Last month - despite a recent stint in rehab - Scott arrived at a nightclub in Montreal so inebriated he was unable to be introduced to fans.

To make matters worse, the event was held to raise money for the ONEXONE $1 Feed a Child Campaign.

Scott has already spent time at controversial Costa Rican rehab centre Rythmia Life Advancement Centre - he checked in in March.

While Scott was busy partying in Las Vegas last month, Kourtney took their two eldest children, Mason and Penelope, to the Universal Studios theme park in California.

Scott has certainly expressed his struggle with being a devoted family man on their reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

In fact, last year, Scott went so far as to say Kourtney had kept 'suckering him' into having children.

In an episode last season, Scott was seen reacting badly when Kourtney broke the news that she was expecting their third child together.

'How many clothes does one little kid need?' he asked.

'A lot,' she answered. 'Can you shut the door for a second? I just wanted to tell you that I am pregnant,' she said with a coy smile.

Ominous music played, and Scott was so stunned he was lost for words.

'You just keep suckering me into these kids. I can't handle all of this responsibility,' said the seemingly unimpressed self styled 'Lord Disick.'

He added: 'Were you gonna wait 'til the kid popped out of ya?'

'I was not planning this. Responsibility for what? You have two children,' replied Kourtney.

'I just can't take care of more kids,' said Scott.

If that wasn't bad enough, it was revealed on Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons late last year that the pair have been sleeping in separate bedrooms.

Kourtney and Scott met at Joe Francis' house party in Mexico in 2006. They briefly split in 2010 reportedly due to Scott's problems with drinking.
