Sir Richard Branson and his mother Eve, 91, enjoy family day with the Virgin founder's glamorous daughter Holly at Wimbledon

He's a keen sportsman and a billionaire philanthropist who's known for his flamboyance as much as his patriotism, so it was no surprise to see Sir Richard Branson at Wimbledon on Tuesday.

The 64-year-old Virgin mogul wasn't alone though, as he stepped out for a day at the leading tennis tournament with his 91-year-old mother, Eve, and daughter Holly, 33.

Obviously looking forward to a day of sport the bearded entrepreneur looked in high spirits as he strolled into the famous sports ground with arm around Eve.

Richard, is originally from Blackheath and spends much of his time on his private island in the Caribbean, however it would seem that he couldn't resist a day in London at Centre Court.

Dressing up for the occasion yet still retaining his trademark laid back vibe, he looked dapper in a blazer and open-necked shirt.

While a pair of distressed brown loafers lent a stylishly scruffy edge to the travel impresario's ensemble.

Sporting his usual windswept surfer's barnet, the Knight of the Realm looked younger than his age - with only small patches of grey in his beard betraying his age.

Rained off? Eve looked as though she was prepared for all eventualities when it came to the temperamental British weather, as she was seen clutching a brolly in case a sudden deluge hit the South West London venue.

Richard and his sprightly mother were also joined by Holly Branson, who certainly looked like her father's daughter, as she donned a pair of wayfarer sunglasses to watch the tennis at his side.

The pretty blonde opted for a relaxed yet smart sartorial style, wearing a dusky pink jumper with details on the arms paired with some stone trousers.

The philanthropist appeared to have had a roaring day court-side, tweeting later on in the day that he'd been completely absorbed in Maria Sharapova's match against CoCo Vandeweghe.

Posing for a group picture with the other members of his party, Richard tweeted his approval of the match, writing: '@CoCoVandey gave @mariasharapova a run for her money on Center Court. Great day out at #Wimbledon.'

The Bransons weren't the only famous faces taking in a spot of tennis, as the likes of newly-wed Stephen Fry and Elliot Spencer were also in attendance at the historic tournament.
