Twice the hard body! Chris Hemsworth and his stunt double both take the reins as they film horse riding scenes for The Huntsman 

He's the dashing Hollywood heartthrob married to a sexy Spaniard with whom he shares three gorgeous children.

But there may be still hope for those wanting their own piece of Chris Hemsworth.

For the 31-year-old actor's body double was seen on set of his new film The Huntsman on Tuesday, as the pair geared up for a riding scene in the English countryside.

Standing tall just like his famous lookalike, the long-haired gentleman climbed atop a black horse, ready to film a scene Chris himself wasn't skilled enough to perform.

The Australian actor stood nonchalantly by the horses side, flicking through his phone.

The little piece of technology was an unlikely accessory for Chris who was dressed in full medieval costume.

An ankle-length leather coat in black was the bulk of their pair's theatrical garb, layered over leather trousers, a creamy blouse and black riding boots with large silver buttons.

The set was littered with dozens of crew, extras and filming equipment.

Crowded into a patch of space along a dirt road, lush forest surrounds made is a whimsical location to shoot.

The movie - based on German fairy tale Snow White by the Brothers Grimm - is the prequel to Snow White And The Huntsman, which Chris also starred in alongside Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron.

Controversy swirled around the production, after Kristen, who was dating Robert Pattinson at the time, was caught in a tryst with film-maker Rupert, who was then married to Liberty Ross.

But while neither Kristen nor Rupert have returned for the spin-off movie, Charlize will again star as Queen Ravenna alongside new cast members Jessica Chastain, Emily Blunt and Nick Frost.

Frenchman Cedric Nicolas-Troyan is directing the prequel with The Huntsman is scheduled to hit cinemas on April 22, 2016.
