But on Monday, it was back to reality for Coleen Rooney as she returned to her dedicated fitness regime, back on home turf.

Trading in her bikini for comfy sports gear, the 29-year-old - who is married to football star Wayne – was seen leaving her local gym in Cheshire.

She highlighted her enviable toned curves in tight black leggings and a neon green hoodie, while strolling along the streets in white-soled trainers.

Her blonde tresses were swept into a high-ponytail to ensure her hair didn't get in her face during her workout, while allowing her natural beauty to shine with zero makeup.

Showing off her sun-kissed complexion, Coleen added a subtle dose of WAG glamour to the proceedings by donning a large set of diamond stud earrings.

Earlier this week, she took to her Instagram page to share a snap from her vacation, and she simply captioned it, ‘Family ❤.’

Coleen and Wayne, who have sons Kai, five, and Klay, two, together, have been together for 13 years and tied the knot in July 2008.

Despite their busy lives, the Littlewoods designer recently claimed regular date nights is the secret to her long-term relationship.

‘We've had our ups and downs and it's been tough at times but we've had so many happy ones too,' she told MailOnline.

'It's just about being as strong individually as we are together and that's all that can happen in a relationship.

'Also now that we have two kids, we make sure that we have time together. We make sure that one night a week we go out for dinner or go to the cinema.'
