Confident Lauren Goodger continues to display impressive weight loss as she slips into extremely plunging printed playsuit

A new body, a new boyfriend and, evidently, a new wardrobe were among the things that Lauren Goodger had to smile about on Tuesday night.

The reality TV star looked confident as she arrived in London in a tiny printed playsuit this week, showing off her impressive two stone weight loss that she's been working so hard to achieve of late.

Lauren, 28, appeared noticeably slimmer, showing off her tanned legs as she strutted in heeled sandals and dared to bare her chest in the plunging number.

She looked polished to perfection with her poker straight tresses tumbling around her ears and her signature selfie-ready contouring perfectly prepped for the cameras.

Helping to elongate her legs, her midweek outfit cut extremely high on the thigh and skimmed over her trim middle in a floaty fashion.

The former TOWIE star has a recent break to Abu Dhabi with new boyfriend Jake McLean to thank for her glorious, deep tan that helped emphasise her newly-toned form.

Lauren unveiled her new, slimmer shape in May, revealing that she had shed two stone with the help of a new healthy lifestyle.

Back in February the brunette was distraught after pictures emerged of her looking larger during a beach holiday in Egypt.

She admitted to being at her heaviest size of 12st 9lbs and in denial that she was no longer a size 12 because she was 'living in tracksuit bottoms and stretchy leggings.'

But, a testament to her social media word that she'd 'had enough of being fat', Lauren has shaped up with a lot of extra exercise and a better diet.

Speaking to new! magazine about her weight loss in May, Lauren gushed: 'It’s so nice people feel inspired by me – it’s a great feeling.

'I feel like I’ve been working so hard for the past three months and now people can finally see the results. I’m a lot happier and so much more confident.

Adding about her weight loss goals, Lauren continued: 'I’m not trying to look skinny – I want to look fit and have people say, "She worked her a*** off!"'

Meanwhile, Lauren recently sat down to watch the first episode of new Lifetime show UnREAL with heatworld and talked about her experiences of reality TV.

UnReal is set behind the scenes of a fictional dating show Everlasting, similar to the Bachelor/Bachelorette, and Lauren admitted she 'played a game' on The Only Way Is Essex.

She said: 'It's based on real things but it's briefed. You play a game. You play along with the producers. You set things up and you give them story lines. You work with them to make a reality soap.'

'You have a schedule and a timetable but you never know who you are going to be filming with.' You get a time and a location and you walk in and you see who you are filming with and it's like "are you having a laugh!"'

Lauren went on to explain: "You're a character – so if I for example [on TOWIE] did something funny, they would never have showed that because I'm the drama and relationship person – they would never allow it. But they have people, for example, on TOWIE – Joey Essex – where you would never see his real life or his family because he is the banter, he's hilarious and brilliant at what he does – but he was that character. You are designed because it's a show and they have to make it what it is. You're their characters. I'm cast; they're producers and we work together."

However, Lauren admitted there was some real emotion, especially when she got upset and burst into tears.

She said: 'That's real. You cry because you are put in a situation where they make you feel uncomfortable. They're [producers] clever. They know what they are doing.'

UnREAL is available for 48 hours on unrealtv.co.uk from Wednesday.
