And Katie Holmes certainly had plenty to smile about as she left her apartment block to run a few errands on Thursday morning.

Rocking a low-key look for her busy day, the Ray Donovan star rocked displayed her slim figure in skinny jeans and an oatmeal-coloured sweater.

Katie recently showed the world she was moving on up - to the penthouse suite.

According to the New York Post, the star has just started renting some new digs which are twice the price of her $12.5k rental at the Chelsea Mercantile.
