The singer – who recently underwent a mystery surgery – was clearly happy to be back on stage for the second time since the draining procedure.

Playing on the main stage at the event held in Henley on Thames, the singer kept the pattern of her tour as she donned a shirt with the location’s name on it.

The singer playfully asked the ‘posh’ crowd if they could understand her cockney accent, before admitting that she felt under dressed for the occasion which is a black tie event.

She told the crowd: ‘Every time I step on the stage I never presume or expect it to last forever. I take in each moment as though they are stars - I know that sounds strange, but it's true.’

Jessie then stripped down to her bra top and threw her sheer top into the crowd. She shared the moment on her Instagram page after the show.

She captioned the clip saying: ‘Yep the T Shirt hit me in the face but the gentlemen who I gave it to was easily 60+ and knew EVERY WORD!!! Thank you Sir.’

The singer made reference to her recent ill health as she told the crowd: ‘If you see me sitting down, it's because it's one of my first gigs since having two operations. I'm still a bit shaky and I'm not my usual jumpy self.’

Jessie has been lying low for the last two weeks after being struck down with a mystery health problem, for which she underwent surgery.

The outspoken singer posted a tongue-in-cheek Instagram video of her going from 'on fleek to on bleek' in her hospital room, to the very apt soundtrack of R.E.M.'s Everybody Hurts.

Jessie didn't hold back when it came to the accompanying message, posting a mammoth essay explaining why she was keeping a low profile on social media.

Truthful: She told the crowd, ‘Every time I step on the stage I never presume or expect it to last forever. I take in each moment as though they are stars - I know that sounds strange, but it's true'

The Do It Like A Dude hit-maker explained: 'I'm going to be offline for a few days and I wanted to show you why. I don't often share personal stuff (especially about my health) anymore.

'I just get on with it secretly but I wanted to share with you before someone else might and it gets twisted and exaggerated into something different or worse. Meh. Just know I am ok as I say in the video on the right.'

The star went on to reassure her devoted followers that it was nothing to do with her vocal chords or her well-publicised heart condition.
