New terror alert in the Far East

Terrorists are planning new attacks after the bombings in Saudi Arabia, US intelligence officials say.

They have evidence that 'maximum destruction' strikes are planned against targets in Kenya and south-east Asia, particularly the Philippines and Malaysia.

The state department released a travel advisory for Malaysia warning of possible attacks such as the one last year in Bali.
