Luke Wilson 'awarded $438K from former assistant who racked up over $100K in charges using the actor's credit cards'
A judge has awarded Luke Wilson $438K from his ex-assistant.
According to a Wednesday report from TMZ, the 43-year-old star won the ruling over his former employee who had allegedly been using his credit cards.
The gossip site claims that Charles Lodi piled up over $120,000 in wedding expenses, vacations and cash.
Winning: Luke Wilson has been awarded $438K by a judge dude to former assistant Charles Lodi racking up over $120,000 in wedding expenses, vacations and cash on the actor's credit card, according to TMZ
The drama began when Wilson claimed to have caught Lodi in 2014 as they eventually reached a settlement.
They came to an agreement that the former assistant would pay $75K in three installments but only coughed up $15K before heading off to Utah.
Though Wilson came out on top in the ruling, Lodi had never responded to the lawsuit so TMZ reports it's unlikely he will ever see the money.
Regardless if the cash ever gets to him or not, the actor does have stable income the rest of the year as he is set to star in five films set for release this year.
Signature role: The 43-year-old actor - pictured with Vince Vaughn - is best known for starring in 2003 hit comedy Old School
He has already completed work on Kevin Connolly directed comedy-drama Dear Eleanor.

The film is centred around two teenage girls (played by Liberato and Fuhrman) who travel across the US in 1962 during the Cuban Missile Crisis as they search for Eleanor Roosevelt.
