Which is the most nutritious Easter egg to indulge in?

With Easter coming up, I am looking forward to breaking my diet! But I don't want to undo all the good work I have already done.

Can you tell me which type of Easter Eggs are better for me, health wise?

Are there any that I should avoid altogether - please don't tell me all of them?!

Can I eat anything else to counter-balance all the chocolate? Thank you for your advice.
