He shared a home in Calabasas with his baby mama Kourtney Kardashian but last December Scott Disick snapped up another property, this one in his name only as MailOnline as learned exclusively.

The $3.7m bachelor pad is in Beverly Hills, about an hour's drive from where his children Mason, aged five, Penelope, aged two, and baby Reign reside.

And no doubt it will become Scott's primary residence after Kourtney, 36, dumped him over his 'excessive partying'.

It emerged on Monday that Kourtney had dumped her partner of nine years, with the news coming four days after the DailyMail.com exclusively revealed the father-of-three was getting very cosy with fashion stylist Chloe Bartoli in Monte Carlo.

The reality star, 36, is understood to have become tired of her boyfriend's endless partying and the photographs of him caressing Bartoli, who is said to be an old flame, were the last straw.

'It's humiliating and disrespectful,' a source says of the pictures.

And it appears as if Scott's partying is set to continue as he broke his social media silence on Tuesday to promote an upcoming club night in Las Vegas.

He wrote: 'Come party with me this Friday in Vegas @1oaklv.'

However, the move has angered fans with one user writing: 'Wow Scott I thought you were a better guy than this. What are you doing? You are a father! What about those three babies. Grow up!'

While another added: 'She has just wasted 10 years of her life putting up with you thinking you'll become a better person, all for nothing. You were my favourite Kardashian when you were at home. You've lost all my respect.'

Meanwhile, his ex-girlfriend hasn't mentioned the split herself either, but has instead been leaning on her sisters Kim and Khloe for support.

Scott's new home was built in 1960 and designed by the Stewart-Gulrajani Design Team. It's located not far from Beverly Park, where Lisa Vanderpump and Adrienne Maloof used to live.

The residence is about a 15 minute drive from Kim Kardashian's old residence - which she remodeled with Kanye West but never moved into - in Bel-Air.

The modern-looking house has canyon views and a swimming pool while the square footage is 4,095, according to Trulia .

Kim claimed back in December that Scott planned on reselling the home at a profit.

'Scott did NOT buy a bachelor pad in Bev Hills,' she tweeted. 'He is starting a new business venture buying homes & renovating them to re-sell.'

Meanwhile, Lord Disick, as he refers to himself, has not been home in a month and Kourtney has had enough, TMZ reports.

A source told the gossip website: 'His partying lately has made her make this tough decision.'

Kourtney is said to be frustrated with his circle of friends, whom she believes are enabling his partying and substance abuse.

Another source tells E! : 'Kourtney has always taken Scott back and been by his side, but now with three kids it has gotten old. Kourtney has to do what's best for the kids.'

'Scott has been running around saying he's single,' added the insider.

'Kourtney dumped him after she saw the pics [in Monte Carlo] and he hasn't been home after a month-long party binge.'

Scott, 32, and Bartoli have now been photographed together over a number of days and were spotted stroking each other while Chloe was seen feeding the reality star on a number of occasions.

The stylist appeared to be quite smitten with the reality star and was even seen lounging on the same pool chair as him.

It has already been a trying time for the couple, as Scott has continued to fight his alcohol demons.

Last month - despite a recent stint in rehab - Scott arrived at a nightclub in Montreal so inebriated he was unable to be introduced to fans.

To make matters worse, the event was held to raise money for the ONEXONE $1 Feed a Child Campaign.

Scott has already spent time at controversial Costa Rican rehab centre Rythmia Life Advancement Centre - he checked in in March.

While Scott was busy partying in Las Vegas last month, Kourtney took their two eldest children, Mason and Penelope, to the Universal Studios theme park in California.

Scott has certainly expressed his struggle with being a devoted family man on their reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

In fact, last year, Scott went so far as to say Kourtney had kept 'suckering him' into having children.

In an episode last season, Scott was seen reacting badly when Kourtney broke the news that she was expecting their third child together.

'How many clothes does one little kid need?' he asked.

'A lot,' she answered. 'Can you shut the door for a second? I just wanted to tell you that I am pregnant,' she said with a coy smile.

'I was not planning this. Responsibility for what? You have two children,' replied Kourtney.

'I just can't take care of more kids,' said Scott.

If that wasn't bad enough, it was revealed on Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons late last year that the pair have been sleeping in separate bedrooms.

Kourtney and Scott met at Joe Francis' house party in Mexico in 2006. They briefly split in 2010 reportedly due to Scott's problems with drinking.
