Professor Green and his wife, Millie Mackintosh, almost had fans convinced that they are expecting their first child thanks to some playful Instagram posts.

The married couple hinted that TV personality Millie had a bun in the oven in cheeky snaps shared on the rapper's social media profile on Tuesday evening.

Posting up a picture of his lovely wife cradling her stomach whilst reclining in a chair, Pro Green – real name Stephen Manderson - wrote: ‘We have an announcement to make...’

However, the British rapper immediately followed the post with cheeky snap which saw Millie holding up her middle finger as he added: ‘Millie is pregnant... With a food baby’.

Taken as the couple joined in the celebrations for Millie’s father’s 60th birthday, the post further dispelled recent rumours that the pair are heading for divorce.

Millie posted a snap of herself and her father at his milestone celebration which she captioned, 'HAPPY 60th BIRTHDAY PAPA'.

Another shoe of her father and younger sister, Alice, read: 'Father and sister love! 60 today.. Still 40 something in my mind'.

Millie began dating the rap star in 2011, while she was still appearing on the popular E4 reality show, Made In Chelsea.

They went public on the red carpet at the 2012 BRIT Awards and Pro Green popped the question during a romantic trip to Paris, France, in March 2013.

Millie and Stephen tied the knot just six months later in a lavish ceremony at Babington House near Frome, Somerset, back in September 2013.

It was recently reported by The Sun newspaper that the couple were involved in a row as they partied at a star-studded event – also attended by Nick Grimshaw and Daisy Lowe - at the launch of Soho House Istanbul.
