Shakira and partner Gerard Pique made one especially beautiful family with two cute children Milan and Sasha as they departed for a summer break this week.

Colombian beauty Shakira - unable to be missed with hot pink accessories - let her curls loose and wild as she prepared to jet off with her handsome family.

The 38-year-old was toned in holiday shorts and grinning from ear to ear as she simply followed behind her footballer beau, who dutifully assumed daddy duties at Barcelona airport.

While Gerard walked ahead with their eldest son Milan in his arms, carefree Shakira was left to tote only a light handbag on their way into the airport.

The super-fit couple both already boasted deep golden tans and displayed lean, athletic figures in shorts and T-shirts.

Gerard and Shakira reportedly headed to a private jet, accompanied by two nannies, and two male assistants, helping to make holidaying with such a famous family run a little more smoothly.

No wonder Shakira was smiling, because Gerard acted like the perfect gentleman throughout and although he was leading the family through the airport, didn't forget to turn and reach for Shakira's hand.

She gushed: 'Felices 5 meses Sasha! / Happy 5 months Sasha! Shak' in her native tongue next to pictures of her adorable youngest son.

Sasha already looks like the perfect mix of the two handsome stars, with big bright eyes, a gorgeous smile and thick fair hair.
