Little Mix are famed for their sassy personality and their fashion forward ensembles.

But for their latest fashion shoot in Beat magazine, there was some stiff competition in the style stakes as Jesy Nelson ensured that all eyes were on her.

The 24-year-old, who is in a relationship with Rixton star Jake Roche, pulled out all the stops in a flirty black playsuit and a sexy pair of knee-length leather boots.

Jesy’s outfit choice certainly made sure she stood out from her bandmates, with the off-the-shoulder top drawing attention to her ample cleavage, and the tiny shorts with lace detail highlighting her toned legs.

In keeping up with the leggy display, Jade Thirlwall showed off her slim limbs in a retro inspired two-piece, consisting of a red and white tweed jacket and a matching skirt.

With her golden-tinted tresses left loose, the 22-year-old singer still managed to ooze heaps of glamour as her looked with styled further with a chic yellow blouse.

Perrie Edwards covered up in a trendy shearling jacket and dark skinny jeans, while Leigh-Anne Pinnock cut a stylish figure in a bright coloured raincoat which flashed a hint of her toned pins.

The pop group, who have not released an album since their 2013 hit Salute, are in the midst of a busy promotional tour for their new music.

In the accompanying interview with Beat, the girls confessed they find it annoying when people assume they’re just presented with all their material.

‘It really p****s us off,’ the said. ‘We work for hours and hours in the studio. It’s so frustrating. I think a lot of it comes from us being a girl band and from The X Factor.’

For them, the fact their names appear on the credits of Britney Spears’ recent Pretty Girls single definitely marks a milestone in their thriving career.

‘Britney’s been our idol since we were little and so for her to have one of our songs is just crazy,’ explained Leigh-Anne, while Jesy added: ‘I think the fact the Britney song’s come out and we’ve written on it might shut a lot of people up.’

Elsewhere, when quizzed on which famous star or stars they would temporarily like to have on loan with Little Mix, it was Spice Girls who came up trumps.

‘We absolutely love Sporty Spice and Baby Spice, we’ve met them loads of times and they’re so lovely,’ gushed Leigh-Anne. ‘I still call them by those nicknames actually. Imagine us doing a collab with the Spice Girls!’

‘I wouldn’t be able to get on the vocals,’ quipped Perrie. ‘I’d be dead on the floor! Mel C was in our Word Up video and that was enough drama for me for one day. I can’t breath when I’m around them, it’s weird. They’re incredible.’

Later adding: ‘I saw them at the closing ceremony at the Olympics and they were just walking down the corridor and it felt like I was watching the movie because they were all holding hands.

‘Geri’s so crazy in real life. She told me she loved Little Mix and what we were about and I had a tear in my eye.’
