After spending the day with friends at Wimbledon, Ellie Goulding made sure she kept her evening free for handsome boyfriend Dougie Poynter.

The smitten couple, who have been dating for over a year, made a stylish entrance at the star-studded Years & Years album launch party, in association with ASOS, at London’s upmarket One Mayfair venue.

Looking lovely as ever, Starry Eyed hitmaker Ellie turned heads in a striking abstract print playsuit which allowed her to show off her toned limbs, elongated in a pair black ankle boots.

Not to be outdone in the style stakes, 27-year-old Dougie cut a stylish figure in a blue silky shirt with delicate white prints and black skinny jeans.

The lovebirds rubbed shoulders with the likes of Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas, British actor Freddie Fox, Skyfall star Ben Whishaw and singer Louisa Rose Allen, aka Foxes.

The special guests sipped on tasty Patrón Tequila cocktails including Patrón Take Shelters, Patrón Long Margaritas and Patrónics.

Meanwhile, Ellie recently hinted that a wedding could be on the cards for the stars.

The blonde revealed to Elle magazine last month that Calvin Harris, who Ellie recently love matched with her pal Taylor Swift, has already offered his DJ services for their wedding, even though they don't have one planned just yet.

Speaking to the magazine as June's cover girl she said: 'Calvin Harris has already offered to play at our wedding, not that we've organised one. But the offer has been made.'

Elsewhere, at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in June, Dougie hinted that an engagement to his long-term girlfriend is highly likely.

Asked how he felt about Ellie claiming she was 'punching above her weight' in the relationship, Dougie told MailOnline: 'I mean, it's rubbish. She's beautiful and talented... just incredible.'

When pressed further on whether wedding bells could be the next step, he said with a smile: 'Well... I don't want to say too much. It would ruin the surprise.'
