Luxe up your look in a leather dress by Hugo Boss

Queen Letizia has emerged as a major style star.

Like the Duchess of Cambridge her clothes are scrutinized and copied and we have to say we're fans of her sleek and sophisticated look. Yesterday she wore a matching peplum top and pencil skirt by Hugo Boss and today she once again turned to this go-to brand for another classic look.

Letizia cut a sophisticated figure, first visiting the Telecinco TV Channel, and after, attending an event held to present the scholarships and research grants at palace Casa de America - both in Madrid.

Finishing above the knee, the flattering dress featured a raw-edge sleeveless finish, which served to show off her athletic arms.

The 42-year-old colour-coordinated her outfit, pairing the racy shift with a matching envelope clutch as well as caged peep-toe heels with slingback detailing.

Letizia sported a smokey eye, with a hint of berry on the lips, and wore her bobbed haircut, which she debuted at the end of April, in glossy side curls.

The teetering heels seemed to pose no issues to the 42-year-old who was on her feet all day doing meet and greets and official appearances.

King Felipe looked dapper in a navy suit, with a classic white shirt and stripped tie.

Joining the pair on the visit at the TV channel, was also Spanish entrepreneur Alejandro Echevarria and film score composer Paolo Vasile.

Another royal working a taupe dress today, was Queen Máxima of the Netherlands, 44, who sported a fully colour-coordinated outfit in Zevenhuizen, Zuidplas.

The 44-year-old conducted the official opening of the Leontien House, which provides support to people with eating disorders, along with retired racing cyclist, Leontien van Moorsel.

The blonde, who looked in jovial spirits, wore a similarly sleeveless dress, this one with a stylish cowl neck.

Touching the plaque of the new Leontien House, her waist was nipped in by a red patent belt with a matching clutch, wrist glove, bracelet, hat and eye-catching scarlet peep-toe bow heels.
