Rickie Lambert and Joe Allen are back in pre-season training for Liverpool but the duo took time away from the Melwood training pitch to pick their English and Welsh Anfield dream teams.
Midfielder Allen, once described by Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers as 'the Welsh Xavi', swiftly elected iconic striker Ian Rush in his strike-force, while Lambert chose goalkeeper Ray Clemence to go between the sticks.
Allen partnered Rush with John Toshack, who also gave the former Swansea man his Wales debut.
