Kim Kardashian left little to the imagination as she stripped nude and splattered in paint for a risqué desert photo shoot.

The 34-year-old reality star showed off all her curves as she posed for the sexy pictures for her website on the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians on Sunday.

The mother-of-one may be one of the most photographed women in the world but Kim explained that she was always worried about a dry skin condition before taking off her clothes for a photographer.

'I have psoriasis, there is nothing I can do about it so there is no reason why I should feel uncomfortable,' she explained.

'So to make myself feel better I lay out all my insecurities before we start a shoot in the hope that no one will be focused on that. I just want to do fun and artsy things.

'I want to capture really cool moments and have some great shoots and be nude and do all this cool stuff.'

Also in the episode, Khloe Kardashian showed off her own curves as she got laser treatment on her butt - as her sisters Kim and Kendall ate cakes and watched on.

Khloe's ample rear end was on full display as she got the trendy laser treatment for cellulite and stretch marks while wearing a small knickers.

During the treatment Kim said she may give a dress to Kylie not Khloe as she has a smaller butt.

'What do you think we are doing? We are trying to make it smaller,' Khloe told her.

Her latest offering: Kim has done several naked shoots recently, the first of which saw her trying to 'break the internet'

Over lunch Kim, Khloe and Kendall turned their attention to sister Kylie, and her famed lips.

'The lips have changed her life,' laughed Khloe doing an impression as they looked at a picture of Kylie out with rapper Tyga.

'Sure at first, you have seen them in person. When she first got them done they were great, they were fine, they were a perfect size and looked natural,' said Kendall.

'She has also just grown into her face, she has grown up guys.'

She's certainly not shy: The star didn't mind being naked in front of the photo shoot team, and the KUWTK camera crew

Kim then told the cameras that Kylie had always been insecure about her lips and had decided ‘to plump them up a little bit with filler.’

'I get that. We all have insecurities I just want Kylie to stay strong and stay positive.'

Kim then also laughed at her sister's pout.

'You know Kylie’s lips are not permanent, they are not going to stay there forever, she does not want to, and if it makes her feel better about herself then why not. I just don’t want her to take it to far as she is a beautiful girl and I don’t think she needs it.'

Khloe then told Kim she was the ‘body guru’ and needed to speak to Kylie.

On a red carpet for her hair extensions, Kylie was asked about her lips.

'It is an insecurity of mine and makes me feel a little uncomfortable,' said Kylie.

In an interview with Rebel magazine, Kylie was asked directly about her lips.

To the cameras she said: 'I have temporary lip fillers, it is an insecurity of mine and it is what I wanted to do.

She then told the reporter that her secret was to use different color lipsticks.

‘I will admit to the lips but people are so quick to judge me on everything so I might have tiptoed around the truth but I did not lie.’

Kim then took the chance to speak to her sister about what to tell people about her lips.

'I think you look amazing, I am loving the short hair. Your lips look amazing. I don't want you to get carried away, lips are not permanent, but if they ask about your lips then own up to it,' said Kim.

'Keep things subtle and don’t go overboard.'

Kim told her to do what made her happy but that she had to be honest about it - before admitting that she was also insecure.

'I can't leave the house without Spanx,' she admitted.

Later Kim gave Kylie training in how to answer questions about her lips before an interview with Teen Vogue.

Although she was not asked about it Kylie told the cameras she was now ready to deal with it head on.

Scott and Kourtney then went furniture shopping to fill an investment property.

And within five minutes at the house Kourtney decided she wanted to do a big redesign.

In a conversation with Khloe, Scott said he had reservations about working with Kourtney and was not sure he could afford her services.

Khloe brashly told him that she would probably do it for free if he gave her some special attention 'down there'.

The couple then clashed about business hours and when they should be talking about the projects and family time.

After a string of clashes, Scott said he did not like to mix work and family and that Kourtney's demands - dozen yogurt and breast pumping - were getting in the way.

And after Scott let her go, Kourtney told him she was going to flip houses on her own.

At the end of the show they ran a trailer for next week's About Bruce TV special, with the whole family in tears as Bruce Jenner told them of his transformation into a woman.
