Now you're just showing off! MKR's Lynzey Murphy proves that she's just as talented in the gym as she is in the kitchen while displaying her acrobatic prowess in Bondi

She's the sweet-as-pie cowgirl who knew her way around an oven on the 2015 season of My Kitchen Rules. 

But now Lynzey Murphy has proved that her talents in the jungle gym are far more impressive than those in the kitchen, working out at Bondi Beach last month.

The sporty brunette drew the attention of passersby while performing a series of eye-watering yoga and acrobatic moves.

Lyzney's first impressive move saw her lifted into the air by a female companion.

As her gal pal lay flat on her back, she raised raised the 25-year-old upward with her legs, pressing against the TV star's pelvis to fully elevate her with her feet.

Lyzney then edged forward and leaned over to balance from her thighs.

Creating quite the spectacle amongst her fitness friends, she then flipped upside down so her shoulders were held up by her partner's feet.

In a brilliant show of athleticism, she spread her legs akimbo and clutched onto the anchor's hands.

Then it was the boys' turn to get in on the action.

She then took to the balance beam for a few handstands before planting her feet firmly on the ground.

Lyzney came to fame after competing on My Kitchen Rules alongside her affable father Robert, who moved to Australia from Texas over 20 years ago.

The duo were eliminated after losing out to Queensland besties Rob McKean and Dave Evans during one of the show's sudden-death cook-offs.
