You may well have heard of the world famous Grumpy Cat who amassed her owner a £64million fortune. Well, now it's time to meet Hipster Cat, a seven-year-old moggy who bears an uncanny resemblance to U2's The Edge.

The dapper feline puts most hipsters to shame with his perfectly shaped jet black beard.

Trendy tabby Gary has his very own goatee and has even been nicknamed Heisenpurrg in reference to the Breaking Bad character Heisenberg, who sports a similar appearance.

She may well be hoping the three-year-old Hipster Cat follows in the footsteps of Grumpy Cat - a feline that became an internet star and made its owner £64million.

Real name Tardar Sauce, her permanent scowl has inspired countless memes, a best-selling series of books and a movie.

The cat, who shot to fame three years ago in a YouTube video that got 15.7 million views, has earned more than Hollywood stars Nicole Kidman, Cameron Diaz and Matthew McConaughey.

Hipster Cat's emergence comes a month after the world-famous #HipsterCop made waves on social media.
