Hilaria Baldwin shared a video of herself Thursday performing 10 upside-down tricep dips as her daughter Carmen crawled beneath her.

The 31-year-old yogi has been sharing her '#ShrinkingBaldwinBabyBump' progress with her captive combined 140.8K followers on social media.

It's hard to believe that the Yoga Vida studio co-owner welcomed her second child - son Rafael Thomas - just three weeks ago.

'If you eat healthy and treat your body well, it will go back to its original state,' Hilaria told Daily Mail Online last week.

'Your body is brilliant. As long as you treat it well, it's a machine. It's like a car, if you put the right gasoline in, it'll run beautifully. If you put the wrong gasoline in, the car won't work as well.'

Hilaria and her husband Alec Baldwin's 22-day-old infant - nicknamed 'Rafa' - weighed in at 7lbs despite his slightly premature birth.

The couple's daughter - who turns 2 next month - is already settling into her duties as the older, wiser sibling.

'[Carmen] wants to kiss him, hold him, sing to him, and feed him food he can’t eat,' Baldwin told Us Weekly this week. 'She's a good big sister.'

On Tuesday, the Spanish-born presenter shared a censored snap that the 57-year-old Oscar nominee had taken of her sleeping.

'My husband has a collection of embarrassing sleeping photos of me...its a real passion of his. Honey, I'm embracing my awkwardness!' she wrote.

The Here's The Thing host was right by Hilaria's side in the delivery room when she welcomed his third child.
