It's all going swimmingly! New mum Rebecca Adlington beams as she enjoys a leisurely stroll with her newborn daughter Summer
It's only been four weeks since she welcomed her first child, but swimmer Rebecca Adlington has taken to motherhood like a duck to water.
The Olympian, 26, gave birth to daughter Summer at the beginning of June and is relishing being a new parent.
The blonde athlete looked head-over-heels with her tot as she enjoyed a leisurely stroll in the sun near her home in Cheshire.

Chatting happily away to another new mum, Rebecca couldn't hide her pride as she beamed while pushing her newborn in a pram through the streets.
Showing off her slim figure, the four time Olympic medalist sported a pair of skinny black jeans and a pink and white pattenered top for her day out.
She then headed home without her pal and couldn't stop looking down at Summer as she did.
Taking to Twitter earlier this week, Rebecca marked her tot's first four weeks in the world.

She wrote: 'Can't believe our baby girl is 4weeks old today! Most tiring but best 4 weeks of our lives.'
Summer is Rebecca's first child with husband Harry Needs, a fellow swimmer who she married in August last year.
She told Hello! magazine how she was planning on having a water birth, but changed her mind when she went into labour.

Despite a painful childbirth, the sportswoman insists being a mum is her 'greatest achievement' to date.
She said: 'It was the most painful thing I have ever done but also the most rewarding.
'Winning medals doesn't really make a difference to real life but bringing a new child into the world is without a doubt our greatest achievement.'
