Andrew Flintoff admitted that he is missing being a cricket player, and then had a bowl at former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour outside Talksport's studio in London.
The former England all-rounder appeared on the radio station on Monday morning to preview the Ashes series starting on Wednesday in Cardiff.
During his interview on the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast show, Flintoff said: 'It's weeks like this when you miss being a cricketer.'

The 37-year-old then addressed the matter by setting up a game with Parlour outside the station's studio in Southwark.
Flintoff believes that Australia will miss fast bowler Ryan Harris, who retired this week after a knee injury that ruled him out of the series.
He said: 'The big loss for Australia is Ryan Harris.Everyone has been talking about Mitchell Johnson and Mitchell Starc but Harris was the difference for me.

Flintoff was part of the Ashes winning England team from 2005 and then again in 2009
Parlour won three Premier League titles and four FA Cups during his spell with Arsenal
'He was the one, especially in English conditions, I would be thinking about. He would be very tough to play against.
'His retirement is a big loss for Australia but also a big loss for the series.'
