Robin van Persie decided to visit his favourtite cafe in Cheshire for a bite of lunch as he prepares to fly to Istanbul this weekend to complete his move from Manchester United to Fenerbache.
The two clubs opened talks on Thursday with the Turks hopeful of negotiating a £4.7million fee after agreeing personal terms of a £240,000-a-week with Van Persie for a three-year contract - with the option of a 12-month extension.
United still have to agree a pay-off with Van Persie for the final year of his contract at Old Trafford.

Van Persie had a year remaining on his contract at Old Trafford and United were looking for a fee of £10million
But the 31-year-old Holland striker is set to travel to Turkey on Sunday and could be unveiled by Fenerbache 24 hours later.
It is understood Van Persie was open to the prospect of staying at United. But having seen his relationship with manager Louis van Gaal became strained, the former Arsenal striker was given no guarantees over his first-team opportunities after returning for pre-season training.
Van Persie is set to link up with former United team-mate Nani, who has also recently signed for Fenerbahce
Fenerbahce, who unveiled former United winger Nani last Sunday, hope to present Van Persie to supporters in Istanbul this weekend once the finer details of his contract and pay-off are ratified.
Van Persie had one year left on contract at Old Trafford and United were looking for £10million while they had no immediate desire to offer him an extension.
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge gave a press conference on Thursday, and revealed the club are planning to sit down with Bastian Schweinsteiger to discuss his future and a proposed deal from Manchester United.
Rummenigge confirmed: 'I was on the phone on vacation with Bastian Schweinsteiger. We will meet when he is back.
