If you thought carrying a backpack was hard enough while travelling, try transporting a piano.

The journey began back in 2010, when New-York based Negrin quit his day job and took to the road in pursuit of a new life.

With a truck he bought on eBay able to transport his piano, him and Brando - he was ready to share his passion for music with whoever would listen.

During his five-year adventure, which included driving from New York to Central America and back in seven months in 2013, the musical explorer estimates he has so far met and interacted with 10,000 individuals.

'I literally put together everything I loved about life: travel, making music and performing, and meeting people,' Negrin told Mashable.

'Dont get me wrong, this was by no means an easy life. Moving a piano is really really hard... I once had a piano fall on my hand and broke 2 fingers.'
