Fulham v PORTSMOUTH: Kanu a major doubt for Pompey

Last updated at 14:40 05 October 2007

Striker Nwankwo Kanu remains a major doubt with a knee injury for Portsmouth's

clash with Fulham at Craven Cottage on Sunday.

Even if the Nigerian passes a fitness test Benjani, who replaced him last week

against Reading and scored a hat trick, has been promised a starting place by

manager Harry Redknapp.

Pompey, unbeaten at Fulham in the last two visits, have no other injuries after

last week's 7-4 romp against Reading and Redknapp is expected to name an

unchanged line-up.

Portsmouth (from): James, Johnson, Campbell, Distin, Hreidarsson, Utaka, Davis, Diop, Muntari, Benjani, Kranjcar, Taylor, Pamarot, Nugent, Pedro Mendes, Ashdown, Lauren, Traore, Hughes.
