Eddie Jordan calls on Bernie Ecclestone to quit as F1 needs 'radical shake up'

Bernie Ecclestone should step down as Formula One's chief executive, according to former team boss Eddie Jordan. CVC Capital Partners, the private equity firm which has owned F1 for the last 10 years, is in talks with a US-Qatari bid to sell its 35.5 per cent controlling stake. The deal, which could be worth up to £5billion, is fronted by Stephen Ross, the 75-year-old US property tycoon who owns the Miami Dolphins.

Red Bull trophies stolen in ram-raid found in lake, police reveal

Some of the trophies stolen from Formula One team Red Bull's factory have been found dumped in a lake, it has been revealed. More than 60 trophies were stolen after a gang of six men used a vehicle to ram the front entrance of the team's building in Milton Keynes at around 1.30am on December 6. Thames Valley Police said that around 20 of the prizes were recovered from Horseshoe Lake near Sandhurst Monday after being spotted by a member of the public.
