Barcelona legend Xavi holidays in Ibiza as midfielder rests up before move to the Middle East

Barcelona left-back Jordi Alba and his former team-mate Xavi Hernandez have been making the most of their summer break with a trip to holiday hot spot Ibiza ahead of the new season.
Both players were mainstays in Barca's hugely successful treble-winning campaign last term and enjoyed some time away with their partners Romarey Ventura and Nuria Cunillera.
Xavi left the Catalan club at the end of last season after 24 trophy-laden years to join Qatari side Al Sadd, where he will play out the twilight of his career.

The 35-year-old midfielder has signed a three-year contract in the Middle East and Al Sadd are hopeful that the arrival of such a well known player can raise the profile of the club.
Xavi won a staggering 25 trophies during his time playing for Barca, including eight La Liga and four Champions League titles in a glittering haul.
He has also achieved great success on the international stage and was part of the Spain squads that won the European Championship in 2008 and 2012 as well as the World Cup in 2010.
